Is it normal to think this way
Basically, I occasionally have thoughts by which I feel like I must do something/perform a certain action (e.g. say something, touch something) or else something bad will happen. I have developed "neutralising" thoughts in order to make the voice go away. (e.g. me saying "f*** off" inside my head)
This doesn't happen often but it concerns me when it does, and I am questioning whether I have some form of OCD and if I should go to the doctors?!?!
