Is it normal to think that pediatrics shouldn’t be for teens.
I just believe that once you enter puberty, you shouldn’t see a pediatrician. After all, in medicine, it’s best to listen to mother nature’s dictionary & not the dictionary of the prince.

I'm 38 and I still go to a pediatrician because my testicles haven't decended yet.
I dunno, as a teen I went to see a pediatrician because it's hard to find a new doctor that's available and lives a certain acceptable distance from your house; I guess it could go either way. I think it's good that pediatricians can see teens, because that way teens are getting care while they're working on making the transition to different primary-care doctors, if that makes sense (sorry, maybe I explained this poorly).
Yeah but don’t you realize that you’re surrendering your self respect? I’d rather DIE than surrender my self respect!
haha, yeah, I guess the catch is that I didn't have very much left to begin with. :P plus, I just think it's helpful for the pediatricians to be there as a resource in the meantime. just because you have to see them a little bit doesn't mean you're stuck with them forever, it's just until you find a new doctor/get your insurance straightened away/etc. I think it'll be fine in the long run, but that's just my opinion.
Mother nature’s dictionary’s what we think of when we hear certain words as opposed to the dictionary of the prince, which is what the law defines certain words as meaning.
