Is it normal to think that it's a booty call?

My ex who nevers calls or texts me last night texted me around 3 in the morning, asking If I want to hang out. She has a boring boyfriend who's a single dad and she's around my age, 22-23. Her boyfriend is crazy jealous and snoops around and makes sure she doesn't hang out with her guy friends.

Anyway, so as the texting progressed I told her that she's welcome to hangout anytime she wants to. I asked her if she wants to go somewhere specific and she said "Anywhere". I made a joke about that and in return she said "I just want something exciting".

What is that supposed to mean? I confronted her about it and she said she isn't implying a booty call but now we have plans to "hang out" friday night at my place, apparently because she really wants to play my xbox. Wtf is that all about? Does she want to bend or no?

Is it normal to think what I'm thinking?

I think that you should make a move,if she rejects you and gives you an honest excuse as to why she wanted to hang out, then poof, theres your answer

I think this could go one of two ways. Either she wants to come over and get it. Or, she is going to come over and start bitching, whining, and complaining about how her life sucks and wants you to comfort her and enjoy old times. The "come over to play your Xbox" is just a ploy. Obviously she doesn't want to come over to play it, or will for a bit then hand it off to you, then after a while complain she is tired of watching you play then either get to idea #1 or #2.
