Is it normal to think that everyone notices to me?
Whether it be at the gym or walking down the sidewalk, I always have my headphones in and think to myself that everyone in the building or vicinity is always watching/noticing me. be nice!

Does this make you feel insecure or are you one of those that love the attention?
I feel that way sometimes... the joys of being self conscious. XD The truth is you're your own worst critic and you'd be surprised how much people don't notice.
I feel this way but part of my mental illness is that I'm paranoid. I think most people feel this way to some degree, especially if they're self-concious and don't have a lot of confidence. Most other people are thinking about themselves and how they look, not you.
You seem to notice that everyone notices you. Are you sure you're being looked at by everybody? Are you aware of that third eyeball that appeared on your forehead?
Do you like the attention? Or are you sucking it up like a dry sponge?
It is normal to be stared at if your skin is purple or something, other than that you're just putting up an illusion for yourself to bask in unnecessary attention.
