Is it normal to think that everyone is reading your mind?

Well they aren't because it's not possible

Nobody can read minds but people can read body-language and this can give away lots of things.

If it were possible to read people's mind's then no crime would go unsolved. That said when I am doing a chip and pin transaction I never think my numbers to myself but just think 1234 etc just in case!!!
I have gotten into a lot of trouble thinking that other people can read my mind. Being open minded about possibilities makes it difficult to break the habit of thinking that other people can read your mind. I for instance thought that only people of the opposite sex can read my mind!!!
In the end I decided to try and retrain my brain not to think that people can read my mind because it makes life a lot easier and less confusing.

Sometimes I do this. I think that someone's watching me. And if I say something cruel about someone and they stare at me I think they've just heard what I said.

I think it sometimes especially wen I think about "certain things" and I usually think "SHIT STOP,someone could be reading my mind" it's truly possible though other than wat that skeptic said cuz sometimes I can dream something and I thappens 5 years later so just try not to be so paranoid but just he careful

I feel like that too! I mean, I know deep down that they can't but I still get paranoid about it
