Is it normal to think that dark chocolate makes you lose weight?
I was offered some Godiva dark chocolate by my roommate. I really didn't want to take it because I'm trying to lose weight but it's hard to turn down and I ended up taking it. And had to take a bite (before going into my room and waiting awhile then heading out when the coast was clear and flushing it down the toilet). Anyway, common sense tells me that dark chocolate, or any form of chocolate doesn't help you lose weight but she said it did. So does it help you lose weight?
