I'm not abused or anything, just really clumsy. I get bruises on my legs and arms a lot from bumping into things or tripping and falling. I always like looking at my bruises. I think they look really pretty and cool when they start to heal and turn different colors like purple and yellow. Is it normal to think that bruises look pretty?

I've just changed my profile picture to be one of a bruise I had. The picture is a bit washed out and the bruise was more colourful than it looks, but it's still pretty nifty.
One of my exs was turned on by my scars. And another said she thought track marks from needles were sexy Lol. I'm unnerved to say it might me kind of normal.
ah, wait untill you'll get a bunch of scars as well. if you're a girl i'm not sure you'll like it, but for a guy it's manly as hell.
I've known people who are into BDSM and do whips and caning and things like that, and I've seen people try to be "artistic" with the lashing so the bruises look all symmetrical and patterned and whatnot... I'd say it's normal. XD
I'm really into body mod and have always been fascinated with scarrification myself. Obviously that's a bit different from what you're describing, but giving other examples of where that of aesthetic is common :P
I don't know if any of you have had a really bad (you're lucky you didn't break a bone) bruise before but they are pretty. They're red, purple, and green. They also heal from the center outward. It looks really cool kind of like a nebula.

It's normal. They are very beautiful and fascinating. There's a tumblr blog dedicated to bruises. The last bruise I got was when I gave blood for testing. It changed into four to five different colours in the course of a few weeks. 1. It was light blue 2. It turned light purple to dark purple 3. It turned greenish-yellow 4. The yellow finally started to return to my original colouring.
