Is it normal to think she could like me as more than a friend?

So I'm 18 and a bisexual girl, just starting out as a freshman in college and in one of my classes, there's this girl who i find really attractive. Ever since the first day of classes, I've always caught her looking at me and i can see when she's looking at me out the corner of my eye. About two or three weeks ago during a break from the class, she goes out to smoke a cigarette and i noticed her looking at me as if she wanted me to join, but i still had work to do. A few minutes later i decide i actually could use a break so i go to smoke one myself. I go outside and i turn and see her leaning against the building, and i walk over to her. She compliments me, told me i always looked so nice. We start talking about life and she's from a foreign country and has only been in America for about two months. We eventually get on the topic of drinking and birthdays and i jokingly told her i'd buy her vodka for her birthday, and she said i only could if i drank it with her. I say challenge accepted, and we get back to class. Last week, while i was doing work and it was the end of class, she runs up to me and shows me her camera and on it are pictures she took of me while i was doing work. I laughed and asked her why she took them and she said because i looked so good. Just yesterday while i was outside during the break, she walks up to me and starts playing with my hair, telling me its beautiful and i look at her and tell her so was hers (i can't flirt for shit and i get too nervous around her) and the look in her eyes was super flirtatious. I usually can tell when someone is attracted to me, but she's different. I can't read her at all, and it confuses me. Sos
