Is it normal to think people are in my mind watching what i do?

And not just any people, I'm talking about important people to me, like my friends, or boyfriend. And I don't know what to do, because I completely stop being myself, and try to impress 'these people in my mind' when really I'm just home alone. What can I do to stop being this paranoid?

  • the only way to get the people out of your head is to scare them out.....with a bullet.

i believe that everyone feels this to a certain extent and at a certain time. the whole matrix thing freaked a lot of people out. but life is too short to worry about this stuff. if they are watching give them a show. life is too short

I get that often, usually when I'm on public transport imagining backstories and lives for the other people. I get concerned that everyone but me can hear each others thoughts.

I get that feeling often. Totally normal, just try to reason with yourself... you ARE alone.
