Is it normal to think mean things about people?
I sometimes think mean things about people, but I instantly feel bad about it, and it drills in my mind what I said...I feel so horrible about it... Even though I don't say it out loud.

As long as it's not like" I want to cut off your arms throw you in a lake and see if you bleed to death or drown first" then I wouldn't worry about it. Just find a way to vent excess anger(like kickboxing) and you'll be fine.
Wow, I'm exactly the same. I keep a journal and I've relentlessly insulted people, usually Kate Nash but she kinda deserves it. But sometimes I feel like I shouldn't be so harsh, even though nobody will hear my thoughts or see my writings. I guess being that way doesn't make me any better than anyone i've talked about. Maybe deep down that's how you feel too.
