I was a 90s kid and think the shows around then were way better! Shows like hey Arnold, angry beavers, lil elvis jones, catdog were awesome! Those Aussies out there will prob remember the the game show Amazing (sweet) Kids shows were just fun. Now they seem to crush in as many morals and educational facts as possible! Kids are missing out these days. I still stay up till midnight so I can get my daily dose of angry beavers!

    well if this was like a few years ago i'd agree, butt i think with shows like "the regular show, or Adventure time" that cartoons are making a quirky, silly comeback. but i mean, onces they made the rugrats grown up, yea dude they got bad.

    (other fav shows i thought were missing) Johnny bravo, Dexter's Lab, Invader Zim, Kablam, Rocko's modern life, & (its not a cartoon but) Kenan and Kel!!!!!!!!!!

    Ditto. The 90s were just about the best decade of children's television and it's sad how no one in the business that's been here since the 90s have changed their style of writing and have yet to notice how bad their new shows are.

    Hmmm. I had Darkwing Duck, Ren and Stimpy, Fuckin Rocket Robinhood(Epic shit!), Power Rangers, Ninja Turtles, Biker Mice From Mars and probably alot of more awesomeness then that. Remember when nothing was on and you were stuck watching the adventures of Tin Tin or Babar? Those shows sucked balls.

    ED EDD N EDDY! i watched that show all the time, it was the funniest shit ever! I stayed home from school once just to catch an all day marathon! good times

    Agreed. I'll admit, my shows were from the late 90s to early 00s, but they had much more meaning than the shows now that are on. I still get a kick out of my childhood shows today Disney's Recess, The Weekenders, Proud Family, Kim Possible, Malcolm in the Middle, to name a few.

    When today's kids grow up, they'll think the 2020s kid shows suck, and when the 2020's kids grow up, they'll think the 2030s kids shows suck. Everyone's nostalgia builds up, making the shows AFTER their childhood seem bad.

    You just notice the morals because you're older and more sophisticated now. Kid's shows are for kids these days. No offence to kids but subtlety is often wasted.

    I feel like before they were more intellectual, the humor was better and even older people could enjoy them, plusnthey actually had a plot! Shows like batman, x-men, gargoyles, pinky and the brain and others were the best

    Beast wars, dragon ball series, mummies alive, beetle borgs, power rangers, pokemon, reboot. I'm probably missing a lot but those shows were amazing when I was young.
