I really think its uncomfortable to sleep with clothes on. I've thought about sleeping naked but I think it's awkwaard when my mom or sister see me shirtless when we aren't at a pool or beach. Its not awkawd for my dad to see me shirtless, sometimes I wanna be shirtless around him but I don't wana randomly take it it off?
There's nothing wrong with walking around shirtless if you're a guy that is, I have a brother that walks around the house shirtless all the time but you mentioned you like to sleep naked what's wrong that you're in your room in your bed, normal. Just don't walk around pantless now that'd be awkward.
Even if I lived alone I probably never sleep naked I will sleep shirtless on hot night. It dos get hot here in Texas. I'm a shy guy >_<
It's normal. If you're scared they'll discover your naked body, lock your bedroom door.

Lock door as suggested earlier and just have on clothes when you come out of your room.
If your male, is it really awkward to be around your sister or mother without a shirt? Why? Do they stare?
Two different issues. How you walk around the house is up to you and your family. What you wear or don't wear to be is up to you. Naked, frilly panties, baby doll nighty..... Who cares?
Its your family, your only topless i bet your sister looks at celebs ( One Direction, Justin Beiber ect... ) topless, you shouldn't be uncomfortable! But its normal to be abit awkward, that's how i feel when i wanna wear my sports bra on the trampoline or when im doing cheer practise at home
Embrace the nakedness dude - its no big deal! I'm female and I sleep naked and walk around the house either naked or with just a tshirt on. My rents and brothers are used to it and they dont give a fuck as long as I'm not doing it when people are there, which I never would. You're home is a safe place and if u cant be comfortable and safe there then at least u can lock your door and keep it in your room! Ax
My bf walked around in his house with just boxers on,a dn he has a large family. Abouta week after we started going out he refuses to leave his room in his boxers even just to go to the bathroom. It's weird.
