Is it normal to think i should have one last meeting with fwb...

... even though it'd be just to do stuff that we said we'd do the time before and I don't really think I want to see them again? (Stuff being kinks that both of us are prepared to try).

I've learnt a lot of new things - in and out of the bedroom - from them, but we're not really much in the way of "friends". To be honest, I think the world sees us more like lovers than anything.

However, I want much more of the friendship. Friendship wise, I suspect that it won't go anywhere.

  • I've tried getting us to be friends but it's mostly been all about the physical side

I think it's normal to wonder about whether you should or not. But it's hard to stop the benefits and still be friends. Even though I've just begun something like this for the first time, I feel the difference. We don't talk like friends the way we used to anymore. Even after he asked me and I said no at first our friendship began to collapse, and it wasn't because he began Military Co-op. When I began to get interested in the benefits, he started wanting to meet up with me a lot more. I mean, we do have our casual moments, but usually with guys, once they have you in a relationship or benefits way, they either want it to continue or they want the whole friendship to end. Maybe that's just what I find, but nonetheless, you should only give him benefits again if you are truly interested in just that alone, and from the looks of it, you don't seem entirely up for it.

If you want to end then go ahead. I would think that it would be difficult to take a step back from the benefits part of the relationship and just be friends. As you said the world sees you two as lovers, not friends. However, that could be your own perception, and perhaps he or she might understand that that you want to be close as friends, like you once were. Give the person a chance, but either ways, if you're going to end the relationship do it in person.

I'm against this whole culture. Whoever heard of a "normal" Friendly Wife Beating? You're sick.
