  • For myself, being buzzed on marijuana is like everything seems clearer and more truthful than it normally is, plus I feel an enormous sense of peacefulness. It's like being in an enlightened meditative state for me. I also like getting just a tiny bit high before I do yardwork or housework, it makes the time fly by and I usually do a better job at it.

Your experience will depend heavily on the environment you are in and who you are with while you're high, not to mention how much experience you have with it.

Just a side note: There are a few anti-marijuana bullies on this site; they might write some hateful shit, but just ignore them - I do.

Yard work high is the best! And the housework practically does itself. Can we be friends?

OP- my brain focuses differently when I'm high. Everything is the same but I analyze my thoughts in a different manner. Chores don't feel like work, they feel like activities. Same job, different perception.

I get all extremely tense and parinoid off weed. I start thinking gravity is a conspiracy theory while im on the ground immobile, thinking everyone can hear my thoughts.

im high now and thinking very hard so i can spell everything rite..lol

when im high i do my best thinking and seem to come up with much better ideas and yes weed can be harmful but so can pollution, second hand smoke, toxic waste, car emissions, and tear gas (all man made)but not weed. Weed is from the earth and if you should jus so happen to burn it you jus might.....
see i told you im thinking

I become fascinated by lots of things after smoking...so cool. But weed does not "numb" things for me...it seems to bring everything to life!

I've always wondered this myself, same thing happens to me. I feel like I see everything from a whole new perspective and understand the world a lot better.
But maybe my brain is just so fucked up that I only think I'm being deep haha.

sorry....i pressed submit by mistake....so as i was saying they came up with 2 negative effects(except for the fact ur introducing smoke in ur lungs wich is no more different then smoking a normal tigar)....and those 2 are:its not recomended to smoke weed under the age of 17 since ur brain is still developing and its not good to smoke if u have heart condition since it raises ur heart pulse and u can risk a heart atack.....but ignoring these 2 negative effects(wich dont even aply if ur old enought and have a good heart)they also found unlimited pozitive effects, both physical and psychological.

and to all u other guyz\girlz who posted thanks and i apreciate ur comments but i still couldnt reach a good conclusion for my original question

and sorry for my bad tiping....im not from an english speaking country:-(

I recommend you read a book called "prometheus rising", it will pretty much explain how your mind works.

Most times when I have been stoned, everything that would normally be mundane and taken for granted seems to become profound. I think being at a certain level of 'high' and most probably depending on the quality of what you are inhaling, your mind does open up to things that it would normally block. I find colour and sound absolutely fascinating when I'm at that point, like I get the relatiinship between the two even though I'm not usually musically minded. For instance I can stare at the green glow of a leaf with the sunlight shining through it and it will seem to 'sing' at its own particular frequency. I'll look at the intense blue of someone's shirt and the buzz I get from it is like a different pitch.

I can also follow conversation, pick out out voices in a crowd much more acutely and analyse what people are saying more easily, though this can lead to reading between the lines and making a simple point seem more complex.

As far as housework and chores go, I get fuck all done but I can plough through creative pursuits like there's no tomorrow.

  • Enjoy it while it lasts. Soon, your mental faculties will begin to atrophy and die.

...or two people just don't believe everything that is fed to them in a health class sanctioned by a government who - coincidentally, I'm sure - don't wish to legalise the drug.

        • The medical community across the entire developed world is UNANIMOUS in it's opinion that marijuana is harmful. These are the people you trust with your life to fix your body when things go wrong, who have studied for years on how to do it. If you have the means, time, and knowledge to test their claims in regards to marijuana on your own, by all means do it and report the results. I don't, so I have to trust someone's opinion, and they seem helluva lot more trustworthy than the burnouts who say pot is harmless.

For heaven's sake, son how in the world can you presume to know what the "entire medical community, any other community for that matter are in agreement about? This kind of generalized statement only can be an embarrasment to you when you think about what the belief of such a thing says about the speaker. For one thing, it would be literally impossible to know what any group of independent human beings in entirity are unanmous about would'nt it? It is our differnces which expand our own narrow tunnel visioned opinions to imagine a greater truth through an open mind. How could you ever find out what each and every unique member of a community thinks or believes about anything?

This comment is an example of what some would call,"profilling, while others may just recognize for what it is...Darling, we call that prejudice..for no one on Earth can pre judge what any other being is or will be unanymous about! I would be interested to meet the individual who has ever met, questioned and recorded the opinions of such an enormous group of people who represent the "entire" medical community of even just one CITY!

Have you never heard of any physician in our fair country, who believes in and prescibes "medical marijuana" as analternative part of treatment than pharmaceutical chemicals when treating such conditions as inter occular pressure in patients suffering from glaucoma for just one example?

It is impossible to remain teachable with a closed mind, child. Listening to the thoughts and experiences of many other beings allows us to see with new eyes that the possibilities of what we think is truth are much more endless than ever we saw before,,,,,

I'm just sayin,, Try to remain teachable if you would rather grow wise,

            Lovin you!

            • I challenge you to find more than a handful of certified medical proffesionals who do not believe that the recreational use marijuana is harmful.
