Is it normal to think celebrities are always fake?

When I'm watching TV or reading a magazine or whatever, an a celebrity says that a director that they worked with is great, or that they feel the songs on their album are very personal, I'm always thinking something along the lines of "You probably can't stand the director, that's just what people want you to say" or "You're just trying to get people to buy your album, you don't really care". I have a hard time beliving anything a celebrity says. This happens with all celebries (especially Disney stars) with a few exeptions. Am I crazy?

    Celebrities are robots constructed to sell. That is their primary objective. They have no moral qualms about lying... or killing a few hookers and scalping them to later nail said scalps to mannequins (just saw the movie Maniac)

    When you see Miley Cyrus' portrait put directly adjacent to Elvis' and Michael Jackson's portraits on a wall in Disneyland (yes, it's true...), you can't help but think something fishy is going on.

    It's out of respect. I do that too. Although I'm not a celecbrity, I act in local theater and i get interviewed, and I'm always very humble, and speak of how grateful I am to work with the director and costars, even if I don't really feel that way so much. It's out of respect really, and honestly, if they were given the opportunity to be able to work on a movie or whatever that has given them more money and exposure, it's only right that they should be grateful.

    Normal, should be voted 100 percent normal, there is always SOMETHING about EVERY celebrity that is fake, its part of the job.
    they have make up artists
    hair stylists
    wardrobe assitants
    plastic surgery
    photo editing
    personal trainers.
    etc etc
    if its something the every day human can not hold up to then it is fake.
