I'm a 20 yr old guy and i tend to think about my cousin (female) alot on a daily basis about asking her to be my gf.
I was wondering how i could tell her how i feel without making it weird for the both of us. please help me.

Hitler apparently was in love with his half cousin (He was her uncle). He was so controlling of her life that she later committed suicide. (It seems that all of the women he was with ended up doing so). He admitted that she was the love of his life.
If you aren't her uncle it would be more "normal", I guess. Normal for you to want her but you should know that there could be ramifications if you were to ask her to be your significant other (especially, of she refuses), the two of you decide to have sex, etc.
Did you hear about the twins lately who were adopted separately at birth, met (never knowing they were twins) and got married? They were fraternal - a male and female. And I heard they only just found out. There's such a taboo against family relationships, but to be honest, I don't see a problem if the couple aren't going to have kids. As much shit as you might get for these feelings - I don't think they're terribly uncommon.
