I'm a 25 years old guy with a disability, Congenital Muscular Dystrophy, confined to a wheelchair with an high level of incapacity. I have a 37 years old sister with the same disability and condition. We have always lived with our parents and have little contact with other people because no one is up to the hassle that is taking care of us even if just for an afternoon. Suffice to say neither of us has ever had a relationship. Is it normal that lately I have been thinking and fantasizying a lot about ways we could sexually share pleasure with each other???

    That's sheer desperation talking, don't even act on it. This is the digital age and I'm sure there are dating websites for people with a disability like the one you have. There are plenty of fish in the sea and most importantly fish you aren't related to.

    Ì would say this is normal to be thinking about. Although I would not act upon these urges as you may damage your relationship with your sister.

    I am obviously not going to do anything (couldn't even if I wanted too). Like you said it's just a little bit of desperation talking and I had to vent this out some way. Sorry if it sounded the wrong way.
