Is it normal to think a conspiracy is trying to get you to stay home

It seems to me like there is a conspiracy wich tries to get me to stay in my house. When i go outside it seems like people stare at me. I dont think i look offensive or anything either. They seem like they talk about something and there are people always Standing on the corners in large clothes that look like they're hiding something. Im getting scared thinking about what they could be planning. Maybe i should just stay inside. I dont live in a bad neigbor hood and there arent any gangs around.
Is this normal?

It sounds to me like you have a very common form of paranoia. I think the root problem is involuntarily relating everything to yourself. Just remember that the vast majority of the people you deal with are much more interested in themselves than you, and any judgments they might make won't affect you at all. When you find yourself afraid of people or afraid of going out (or staying in), double-check to see if your fears are consistent with reality. Ninety-nine percent of the time, they won't be.

No, that's not normal. You should consider getting professional help. I used to have intense symptoms just like you but was put Lamictial and Latuda, after a few weeks I was a different person :) When visiting a doctor ask for a genealogy test. They swab your cheek and can literally give a detailed analysis on what antipsychotics/antidepressants will work best with your body and which ones won't :)

Good luck, and remember that it's fine to have a little bit of suspicion, but don't go overboard on it. Go outside, if people genuinely are looking at you when you go outside, it's probably because they have no idea who you are.

    Leave your house more.
