Is it normal to think 130 pounds at 5'4 is healthy?
I work out a lot and have athletic build, but lots of people say I'm chunky and my friend says I'm fat because my legs are huge, but I'm a size 5 in pants and small in shirts. I thought to be fat you'd have to be a size large or xlarge..
Is it wrong to think 130 is healthy? Is it not healthy? She told me to get to 110 because anything over 110 is fat.
