Is it normal to tell someone not to do something yet do that thing

to another person or to that person ?

(like to do the same to that person or another while telling that person not to do that thing ?)

I am kind of a leader in life with a strong personality and lots of fans and followers , so it's only natural that i am attracted to the same kind of people .

Is it normal that i found out that a person was making fun of a girl on a blog saying she's retarded and other things ,so i told that person that he/she wants to destroy that girl that's why the blog was written , and that girl is actually intellgent (and because she's someone popular and important in the society )so i told that person that i have told the right authorities ,YET i DO THE SAME THING , writing more than one blog targeting a person indirectly and sometimes directly , part of it is because that person isn't that important , i'm kinda of a narcisisst who defends other narcisissts and talk about those less than me . is it normal to tell someone not to do something yet do the same to that person (whom i told not to write about that girl ) or to another person ?

Christians have been using the "do as I say not as I do" method of teaching for centuries! You're not alone my friend!

It's common, but in the long run people hate you for it. I've worked fast food jobs where the manager is supposed to still do storefront work, but they spend all day sitting down, eating food, and not even doing paperwork. However if after a heavy rush you want literally one minute to cool down and have a drink they flip out.

It's a strong sign of poor leadership skills, nobody wants to follow someone who asks others to do what they won't. The greatest military leaders have been those who lead the charge themselves, not those who stand well behind the front line telling others to risk their neck.

I don't know why you don't just focus on yourself instead of putting other people down. I'm sure you could find something better to do with your time than be nasty to someone. I'm sure this hate will come back and bite you!
