i have this friend.everything i do she questions it, few times she guides me in the right direction but she feels that everything i do must be done her way.
i plan to tell her mind her own business is it normal to tell a friend that.
Change the subject and ask her questions like why does she talk too much
Express to her that you don't appreciate her evaluating and criticizing your every decision. There are times to give advice (when asked), and there are times to keep your mouth shut and let people learn from their own decisions.
Your friend might not realize that not everyone does things the way she believes they should be done.
Of course. Just because she is your friend doesn't mean that certain things she does cannot be annoying. Just tell her how you feel...she may not even realize she is doing it.
It doesn't really seem like you consider her a true friend. If you did, then you would realize that she's only thinking of the best for you when she provides you with her suggestions. Instead you're trying to turn it around and make it sound like she's selfish or something, or thinks you're dumb. Maybe you should just down grade this person to "acquaintance" or "someone i spent time with when there's no one else better to hang out with." Poor girl.
