Alright.... so ever since i was 8, i noticed when I'm on the john and just let a deuce go, my eyes get watery like I'm crying. There's nothing i can do about it and it happens every time. Im not worried just wondering is it normal and does this happen to others
I've cried too, but that stopped once I refused to name them before flushing. I got so attached the other way.
If your shit is hard, than it will cause tearing. Do you eat enough fiber?
Not normal. Pooping should be a pleasant experience.
I love to poop, it slides right out and I feel fully and completely emptied when done. Even more so after some good(not cheap) beer and wine.
Change your diet and turn pooping into quiet revery.
You need to drink more water. If anything gets watery, for most of us we pee. Maybe you need to change positions on the toilet!
