Is it normal to taste weed when chewing gum?

Ive been chewing 5 gum "cobalt" and its really minty. But sometimes for a split second i can taste weed but i havnt smoked it in so long! Ive tried it once and didnt like it but when i chew gum i can slightly taste it for a split second. Im i the only one who experiences this?

    I'm not sure about weed but sometimes I can taste smoke when i'm eating.
