Is it normal to talk alot when you're drunk?

Every time I go to a bar or college frat party, I seem to get plastered to the point of incoherently rambling to anyone that is willing to listen. They probably are thinking, "what's this guy talking to me for." I am not a violent drunk but just don't shut up or so im told. Lol

    My friend Dan does this all the time. Harmless and funny, but, we and others will eventually tell him..Shut the hell up already.

    My mom does this when she's drunk. It's honestly the most annoying thing ever but sometimes really funny how she never even understands what she's talking about. But it's normal. But that could make people not want to be around you while your drunk- like I am with my mom.

    Oh, please. My stepfather turned into an obnoxious blabber mouth when he got drunk, an many times I wanted to stab him to death. Do you friends a favor and learn to hold your liquor.
