Is it normal to sweat worse than all the guys on my team?

I'm an 18 y/o female and I run Cross Country and Track and I notice that I am one of the sweatiest on my entire co-ed team.
It's not because I am out of shape either, I've been doing this for almost five years so I'm used to the workouts by now.
And when its hot out i sweat litterally everywhere.
I know its not that common for girls but I'm wondering is it normal? And what could be causing this?

Yes it is normal. It could simply mean that you are well hydrated, or it could mean that you need to switch from plain water to a sports drink which will help you to keep the water in your body rather than sweating it out. Consider changing the type of clothing that you wearing to quick dry clothing. They also may spray deodarant which you can spray on your back/chest (don't do this every day as it can lead to a rash/clogged pores, but it works for special occasions like prom where you don't want to be soaked). If is is really bothering you, there are treatments from your doctor like prescription strength deoderant, or even botox injections into your sweat glands.

Maybe it's because you are your teams hardest worker.

Yes, its natural to sweat a lot. Especially when active. But you may need to bring more water or Gatorade to stay hydrated. You don't want to pass out. That is bad.

It's normal. Janet Jackson has that problem and she can still get "Nasty" LoL! I wouldn't worry too much about it. At least you seem slim and healthy. Now if you were a big sweaty girl that would not be sexy! LoL
