What do you feel anxious about? Are you afraid of what other people are thinking of you when you eat? Are you afraid of gaining weight? Are you afraid of choking?
There is such thing as a phobia of eating. You should probably try to find the reason why you're anxious, such as what feeling are making your body react this way, and then contact a psychologist so they can help you overcome this.

    Hyperhydrosis

Your body is basically doing what it does normally.
    Expelling the toxins.

Try to eat healthy. Every time I eat pizza, I sweat a lot and smell like pizza.

talk to a doctor. this sounds like hyperglycemia. you could be diabetic. these symptoms can signal a greater illness and complications can be severe and permanent. visit a professional.

I sometimes get nervous if I feel people are watching me but I shake it off for the most part because I'm sort of watching them too if they're in my general direction :).

Also, maybe you don't breathe enough while you're eating and that sets off your nervousness. You're pretty much supposed to breathe through your nose while chewing with your mouth closed and then pause as you swallow with it as close to the back of your throat as possible to make less noise if you're afraid of swallowing loudly. Some people either have allergies or some other thing that keeps them from eating 'normally', or they try to breathe through their mouth but don't want to choke on their food so they don't get enough air and if they're prone to panic attacks they have one and that's probably why you have to change shirts. Just my two cents :).

You could also try therapy/going to see a psychologist (I like the points Thisismegdi made) if you want (heck, I'm in therapy voluntarily for help with giving presentations and I'm perfectly "sane"), or practice eating in front of the person you're most comfortable with and work up to more people, or if you'd rather tackle this by your self you could pull up a picture of a random person or character and have them "watch" you while you eat and tell yourself that the level of importance you give towards them or it can easily be the same level of importance you give when you're out in public or eating with family.

    No... this is not normal.
Unless you find your spaghetti attractive and get nervous.
