Is it normal to sweat alot?

I'm a girl and I put on deodorant before I go to bed because I heard it helps you sweat less, because I sweat alot for no reason and it bugs me :(.
So I tryed it and I still sweat and it bugs me.
So do you have any tips for me not to sweat even if I'm not working out? because I sweat for no reason

  • Well I have the same problem.. sometimes I sweat even when its cold! I use the clinical strength degree. It kinda works... no more excessive sweating... still a lil bit but I live in fl so hard to tell the diff.... hope it helps... everyones body is different... you may have to try a few different things before you find what works for you. : )

Some peoe are like this. Try buying a clinical deodorant like dove, secret, or even guy kinds like axe. There is also a unisex one called certain dry or certi-dry (something like that). They are clinical strength (like the prescription deodorants) and they should stop all sweat. Good luck!
Oh and you can buy them at any store.

  • Ummm. I really don't know, but I would guess maybe wearing light, breathable clothes might help a bit since you'll be cool. Sorry I can't help more.
