I oftend find myself swalloing loogeys they don't disgst me or nothing I usually swallow them when I have no where to spit

    It's not good to swallow them but I hear ya. I spit mine out whenever I have one. My boyfriend thinks it's gross but then again he picks his nose and eats his boogers! I think we all have dirty habits
