Well here's the story,when I was in the army I saw a guy with "knobs" on his dick. I asked him if they were a deformity? He said No, that he had implanted beads under his dick`s skin to enhance his girlfriends "feeling" when they had sex!

He then went on to tell me how he used a razor blade to make small incisions on his shaft of dick and how inserted the beads through the incision beneath the skin and placed a band aid on for the cut to heal.The skin then grew over the bead, effectively sealing the bead underneath the skin on the shaft of his dick.

    As long as you're sanitary and take hygienic measures, its OK. And if the guys are willing to come to you, that is fine too. I'm a barber who also pierces and waxes.

    I would never risk the health of my dick by cutting it, and putting stuff inside it that could cause infection or worse, like scar tissue.

    Scar tissue won't have same sensitivity as your original skin, so enjoy.... :(
