Is it normal to suddenly have tons of pimples

okay, so i get the random zit every so often.- completely normal. but a few days ago i got like 4 big ones at once. then got very sick with a bad cold. do you think the acne has something to do with me getting sick/my immune system? or is it just normal to get tons of acne suddenly?

    Illness, fatigue, and stress can all contribute to breakouts.

    What you eat or drink can affect the amount of breakouts you have.
