I suck my thumb only because i am constantly nervous. I really need to stop and i hide it. Ive tried everything to stop. Please help me

    I sucked my thumb till I was 13. If you're older then that, you should stop sucking your thumb. You can do it: it's just a habit that you can break, if you want,
