Once in awhile when too much is going on and I'm anxious I'll stutter over a word, and it is usually the word, "like." It is absolutely humiliating!!
Very normal. When your mind is racing and you on edge it happens. Try and take a deep breath before talking when your like that and see if that helps
I only stutter around authority figures that I don't know yet. I met my new boss yesterday, and couldn't get through a single sentence without stuttering. It's totally normal, and not as bad as it could be. I've learned to just pretend as if nothing was strange about my speech, and usually no one is rude enough to point it out.
