Is it normal to still hate the people who bullied me as a kid?

I am 30 years old. I still hate the people who horrifically bullied me when i was in 5th grade. I hope something horrible happens to them like cancer or AIDS. Is this noraml. Somethimes I have dreams about ripping them to shreds

    Hating them is hurting you, not them. Up to you whether you hold on to justified but pointless hatred, or move on.

    you're 30 years old, go and buy an assault rifle and make them and their families pay.

    its normal to feel hate . but to think about it till now this serious no NOT normal :)
    it looks like all that time u was living in the past
