Is it normal to still feel bad

Well, I don't want to go into detail but a friend and I were playing around and I did this one move wrong. She ended up hitting the ground a little hard. She seemed fine. A few days later she still seemed alright. I asked her later if she was ok and she said yea she's fine and even a few weeks later everything looks good. But I still worry. I felt really bad but she said she is ok and there is no indication of anything like an injury. Acts normal. Is it normal to still feel anxious or worry after something like this?

Dont ask the same thing over and over again, it would creep her out at one point! She said its ok, so its ok.

You just care about her, that's all.

It means you feel sorry about maybe hurting her. But if she says she's fine, she's fine. People fall a lot and unless they fall *really* hard or they're 80 years old they don't break bones. And if there's no broken bones, even if there *was* some other injury the body usually knows how to repair itself. Unless there was some freak nerve injury, in which case it would be obvious and you would both know.
