Is it normal to still be in this relationship?

Me and my boyfriend have been going out for almost a year and for the past 5 months it's like non-stop fighting. He does little immature things that p.m.o or say stupid things that boyfriends shouldn't say to their girlfriend.

The thing is i really do love him. Not only as a boyfriend but as my friend. I'm pretty sure I'd lose him as a friend if I broke up with him and lately all my friends are changing into really rude immature kids. So really he's one of my only true friends.

My parents also adore him and there's really no one else in my town. I don't drink and I'm the only like more popular (don't know how else I'd say that) person in my town who doesn't and he respects that and doesn't either. So I'm out of luck there too

  • Tell him how you feel, you will never be happy until you do. You sound really cool so he will probably change and go back to they way he was. If you two still continue to fight after discussing your feelings then he isn't worth your time. If you are popular you will be able to find somone else, good luck;)

  • I've been through something similar really recently, because my ex and I dated for a year and I really did love him at one point.

That was until little things began to annoy me, such as dumb/inappropriate things he'd say and other crap that was accumulating slowly.

So I'm not sure what to suggest because it's hard to say what you should do but maybe talk to him, not neccesarily break up but let him know that things are bugging you.

Either way, sweetie, I wish you luck :)

I say it is normal for girls to stay in a relationship even though it has been rough. Most girls like to think their bf will change. but most of the time it doesnt happen.

If he's been treating you bad then let him go. He won't know what a great girl he had until you're gone.

I say just let him go. There is no need for him to treat you like that.
