Is it normal to stick your index finger in your naval area and sniff it?

On a day to day basis, I have a strong urge to stick my finger in my belly button and then take a whiff of it before my bath or shower. I can't be the only one who does this, right? Guys?

    It’s not really a common or “normal” thing, but there’s no harm in doing it. I’ve done it a couple of times.
