Is it normal to stay at work

I have been working at at food chain for about 4 weeks and when I work the later shifts my manager lets other employes off before me (even though we get off at the same time) I know it's not because they want me to gain experience because the people they left off are newer than me! If someone could maybe tell me if this is a good or bad thing it would mean a lot
Thanks!

    Could be two things.
    1. Your boss wants to discuss something with you (Maybe likes you)
    2. He wants you to get the job done. Maybe the other's won't manage as well as you would.

It doesn't sound very normal to me. Maybe your boss likes you?

It's hard to say exactly how normal this is. It can be one of few things: 1. Your boss likes you and trying to make up an excuse of having you alone with them. 2. They think that you are a great employee and want to give you as much experience as possible.

What is your boss's body language toward you? Has anything else weird happened?
