Is it normal to starve yourself every now and again?
It's like an addiction.
Everyday i feel like i shouldn't be eating and that i want to loose a lot of weight but most days i end up just binging on whatever i can find and then feel really guilty at the end of the day.
But then sometimes i start to starve myself and go for up to 2 weeks on 0-500cals and loose some weight...
Then it starts from the beginning again.
I'm overweight and would like to loose weight but i can't control myself over the way i eat or think...
Is this normal?
