Is it normal to start developing wrinkles at age 20?

I'm a 20 year old male, overweight but in general good health. I have developed three crease lines on my forehead recently. In addition, for some time I've had dark circles under my eyes.

Is this a normal part of the aging process or something I should ask my doctor or a dermatologist about?

Exercise, drink more water and sleep on a better schedule. I'm 23 and when I'm hydrated, well kept and have had a good sleep, look 18. 30 if I haven't slept at all or drank the proper amount of water. It can make THAT much of a difference.

Are you stressed out? Maybe that's why you have dark circles too. Are you getting enough sleep also?

Squinting your eyes can develop wrinkles.

Um hmm. Also it's important to stay properly hydrated and wear sunscreen everyday.

Not normal considering your age...I think that the wrinkles could be due to the excessive weight you are carrying and perhaps these would either go or lessen if you were to lose a bit of weight. As for the dark circles under eyes there are numerous possibilities which are as follows; could be allergies (if you suffer from them), inadequate sleep, inheritance, or it could be coming from something internal such as stagnation of blood or kidneys if they are under the weather.

Normal, but skin elasticity can be be helped by exercise.

Here's the easiest way to physically exercise. Do today slightly more than yesterday. If you walked 20 feet only yesterday try walking a little more today (and even a little more faster too) The same applies to arm and all body movements. Even if you just stand up! It has been stated that people who sit down for years (work and home) have a smaller life span than others. So there's one advantage to those physical workers everyone sees every day when driving to work.
