(Im a girl) I was sitting in bed texting my best guy friend and i started to cry and im not really sure of the reason is this normal or no?

    I voted yes because I cry for no reason all the time.. Idk if it's normal maybe it has to do with depression..

    Happens to me sometimes. Usually when it's my monthly, sometimes just because I have depression.

    Totally normal! Happens to me all the time. Its nice to know someone else goes through it.. I especially hate when I cry in front of people. A few things I blame for random crying are lack of sleep, unbalanced hormones and my period. Also if your trying not to cry on front of someone, try lightly biting the tip of your tongue it helps to slow the tears
