When I`m at work, I won`t use the toilet if I can`t place layers of toilet paper on the seat, for the tought of poop or pee on it. Is that normal?
Carry some Lysol Disinfecting wipes with you. Seriously, I keep some in my desk at work for this very reason.
yeah i have wondered about that my self just pee in the trash-can or the little sewer hole in the shitting room down by the pot or by the sink
Our bathrooms at work always have a can of Lysol in each stall. I always spray the seat with Lysol and wipe it with TP before I sit. When I hear others come into adjoining stalls I hear them do the same. If you don't have Lysol in your bathroom ask your janitor to provide some for you. Specify that it's a health/safety issue and you're likely to get a quicker response.
Computer keyboards have more bacteria on them than toilet seats and you are happy to touch them with your hands, never mind your backside. I understand your fear, but the reality is that you do worse without even thinking about it.
Just think of this though.... the particles on the lid aren't likely to infect you.
Not unless you don't wash your hands after you use the toilet, and then put your fingers close to your mouth or nose.
