I guess to get all clean you would wash both sides completely---but the warm water on your back does feel good---Another question----Do you notice guys showering in a locker room open shower are always shy about washing you ass crack and rinsing----though we all need to do it--Guys all turn away as they do it and do it quick---though we have seen each other vfor yrs in the shower---That seems to be kind of a universal thing with guys---I am the same way--though I always wash/rinse that area like any other part of me

Actually, I've heard from my friend, who is a beautician, that some girls who shower with their chests facing the water actually get rashes or pimples or some other kind of skin problem there because of the heat. I shower with my back to the water and I used to get a few weird pimple-like growths on my back, so I'm seeing a little bit of truth in her statement...
