Is it normal to spontaneously lactate from one breast?

For some reason my breasts have been hurting and my nipples have been itching. Upon looking at my nipples I noticed a white substance on one of them. It looked exactly breast milk. I squeezed the nipple just out of curiosity and to my surprise more of this milky substance came out. The problem is I breastfed 3 years ago. My milk dried up back then. Why am I suddenly lactating and why is it only from one breast? I've also been having sharp pains in my ovaries. I'm not pregnant. My period is due to start tomorrow and I have been having cramping. Is this normal?

    what kind of milk are you drinking?

    you may want to consider switching to hormone free milk to see if that helps
