Is it normal to sneeze into my sleeve?
I believe it's sometimes called the 'vampire cape' sneeze, as in raising one's arm to cover the mouth.
What can I say? I don't want to spray gunk onto my hands or into the air.

Sounds better than what I do... When I sneeze, I pull the collar of my shirt over my face and sneeze all over my chest.
... I just don't want to spray people.
It's better than getting it on your hands or sending it airborne. However, it would become a problem if someone were to hug you. This is why you should carry a pack of tissues on you.
