Is it normal to smell my ball sack

i tend to stick my hand down my pants and grope my ball sack for at least 10 min and take it out to smell my hand. i love doing this alot idk y. tell me is this normal

    Um, is it normal for mine to smell like fish, mainly like scampy, under the foreskin smells too, and I wash very reguarly, should I see a doctor?

    Normal... i Think. It may be a subconsious test to see if you're clean. The smell sense is best used for this. So.... Normal.
