Is it normal to sleep with unattractive friends as a favor to them?

I have recently put out sex offers to two friends that I find unattractive.

Friend #1: He says he's gay, but has made a pass at me (female) twice. Both times I told him that I'm not interested or attracted to him. However, he seems extremely confused about his sexuality. He's a good friend, so I offered to have sex with him if it will help him sort things out for himself. I find him unattractive and would have to get drunk, but I feel like if he really needed it, I would do it.

Friend #2: Not my type, but a very sweet guy who has always been there for me. He recently told me that he was still a virgin (he's in his mid-20s). I told him that if he's still a virgin at 30, then I'd sleep with him if I was single. Again, just as a favor, I'm not attracted to him at all.

Anyway, in both these cases I'm just trying to help these guys out. Is it normal to make these offers to good friends?

it's normal. _IF_ you are ok with what you are doing.

About the first guy, i wouldn't agree.

About #2, you should give him that mercy fuck right away. I've seen guys really change after that "damned first time" was over. But make absolutely sure he knows that it's a _ONE_ time thing, or at most, a 3 times and over thing.

Eh... idk, maybe the first guy is ok, but I think the reason giving yourself to a guy just because he's a virgin is... eh. I mean, who the hell cares if your still a virgin or not :/

its just sex, i voted yes. but i was almost equally inclined to say no. because sex most of the time leads to complications... those guys can fall for you after it happens. what are you going to after that, sleep with them because they are inlove and you dont want them to be hurt? or, it may happen so that you are the one that gets those fluffy feelings. will they continue doing you so you dont get hurt? damn i should have voted no... my male brain got ahead of my thinking brain

I think your thought is sweet and your intentions are good.

However I don't see positive things arising out of giving out pity fucks. They will know what you did or they will quickly find out and it will hit their self esteem in the long term. I wouldn't recommend doing it with people you don't at least have a little interest in.

You are a good friend. Its not going to cost you anything or harm you in anyway to have sex with them and it might help them out. I think you should do it and all girls should do it as well.

I'm sure that it'll cost her something...and she knows it. Otherwise why is there a question up there. I think that she's being noble, but I feel sorry for all three of them.

  • I could just imagine how much treatment this story would get if you were a guy.

You do realize that they can sue you for sexual harrassment?
Or is it only sexual harrassment when guys do it...?

Either way, be careful who you're giving "favoures" to, some of them might manipulate you eaily just by you offering.

I guess what she is talking about does not count as "sexual harassment"!

If you're a whore, then yes, that's perfectly normal.

Not normal. Let them gain the self confidence to woo girls themselves. It's like, helping them cheat on a Math Test. How will they ever learn.

Yeah, and since the first time you have sex can make you attached, you shouldn't let him put himself in a situation where he might want more from you later, but you won't be able to give it to him because you don't like him.
