Is it normal to sleep more than 13 hours a day?

As long as you don't have a dream in which your driving over 88 miles per hour, it's okay. Even then you would have to be struck by lightning in your dream to get the 1.21 gigawatts needed. (that is unless you sleep with a flux capacitor and some plutonium, then your screwed)
Its good to sleep but ur supposed to sleep only 8... And u shouldnt feel dizzy. Not normal
I'm like this too! I'm tired all day, no matter how much sleep I get, darkness under eyes, bags and all (and I'm only 16!!!) dunno why either... I used to have serious sleeping problems about 6 months ago, where I couldn't fall asleep (on even a school night) til' nearly 4-5 in the morning, sometimes I didn't sleep at all, especially in summer, but maybe you have Insomnia???
I sleep more than that usually. I have sleep apnea and hypersomnia though. You should probablly take a sleep study to see if you have a sleep disorder. sleep disorders suck.
That's not good. But I'm also tired all the time, but I force myself to get up. I normally sleep about 8-10 hours. I'm such a light sleeper though, anything can wake me up. I get so mad if someone wakes me up too, everybody that I know can tell you that.
Wow, that sucks. How do you have time to do anything? I sleep like, 5, and that does me good.
i need 10 hours sleep to be fully up to peak performance, maybe because im over 6 foot tall = more energy usage??
its normal, this happened to me the other day, its just you catching up from your sleep.
