Is it normal to sleep like this?

So for as long as I can remember, I've had a very odd sleep cycle. When left to me, I could sleep through a whole day. Usually I'll be up to 3-4 am everynight, and get up around 2 or 3. Even on days I work, I stay up all night and get up around 8am, not feeling very tired. So is this normal? Am does anyone know how to fix or set a better sleep cycle?

Ps. It's not that I stay up on purpose I just can never get to sleep/ don't feel tired until around 3

    Well if it doesn't bother u then I don't really see a reason to change except that it could be unhealthy. Try working out duringthe day and making urself get up at like 8 everday no matter what to get urself used to it. And also try setting a bedtime where u have to go to ur bedroom and u can't leave u might get bored and fall asleep

    You sound like my older sister, she never had a normal sleep cycle all her life. You could try seeing a sleep therapist (or whatever they are called.)

  • Sounds like my sleeping schedule except when I work the next day and I stayed up late I'm very tired :(
