Is it normal to sleep like this?
So for as long as I can remember, I've had a very odd sleep cycle. When left to me, I could sleep through a whole day. Usually I'll be up to 3-4 am everynight, and get up around 2 or 3. Even on days I work, I stay up all night and get up around 8am, not feeling very tired. So is this normal? Am does anyone know how to fix or set a better sleep cycle?
Ps. It's not that I stay up on purpose I just can never get to sleep/ don't feel tired until around 3
