Is it normal to sleep in a pile with your friends?

When I was younger, my friends and I used to all pile into the same bed or on to the floor and sleep on top of each other. I think the most we've done was 6 of us in a twin bed. It didn't seem weird at the time, but whenever I talk about it to other people, they think its strange.

    We as kids used to strip every bed/ bedding item from all beds but one. Then pile in the stuffed toys, cushions and pillows all in one big pile. Then we'd all borrow in somewhere and have a comfy blanket mountain snooze.

    Parent were annoyed!

    Its normal.....as long as you dont hear moaning in the pile.
