Is it normal to sleep for 5mins and think you been asleep for hours??

I sometimes fall asleep for like 5-10mins at a time and have lots of really vivid clear dreams and then wake up but im convinced that when i wake up i've been sleeping for hours and get really sketched out innit..!!

    I Have A Medical Condition And I have Once Fallen Alseep I Thought And I Woke Up 3 Months Later And I Firmly Beleved I Had Only Been Alseep for 3 Days !!!!! Can Anyone Else Compete With That !!!! I Know when I Woke I Was Telling Everybody I Had Seen Them Come And Go But I Swear It Only Felt Like I Had Overslept For 3 Day's

    i once closed my eyes and thinkd that as soon as i open my eyes agen it would be morning the crazy thing is it workd but only once

    it happens to me, but when i sleep for like 2 hours it seems like 5 minutes, does that happen to anyone else?

    yeah, that's normal. i, personally, love those because i hardly sleep and those five minutes really keep me going.
    it happens to most people though.

    it's normal.
    It's when you have slept in the night, you later sleep in the afternoon for 5-10min.
    This short sleep actually gives you an energy boost. Basically you'll feel active with energy for a short time.

    If you sleep in the afternoon for up to 30min or more. You'll have a difficult time to sleep at night.

    If you really wanna feel good about this. I suggest you travel on transport like bus/train and sleep for 5/10min. It feels too good because the bus gives you a smooth ride.

    Another thing about sleeping for 5/10min is when you wake up, you'll feel tired, yet you'll be energised.

    I'm the exact same way! Sometimes I fall asleep on the bus for like 5-10 mins, and it feels liek longer. Sometimes I get so confused about time, and it feels like another day or something. Weird, eh?

      Its called resting your eyes LOL. sometimes it works! especially during school hours or work when you get tired. Get energized!

        yeah its normal. Sometimes i have the opposite too, where i think ive been asleep for 5 or ten minutues, but it actually turns out to be an hour or so has passed.
